Hey I’m Alicia,

I have been in travel for 3 years now and love every second of it. I have been lucky enough to join the PTS team and l'm looking forward to working alongside everyone.



Having being recently engaged in Dubai this place will always be my favourite destination so I can share my Dubai tips and experiences.

I can’t wait to pick up my passport and discover more places and gain even more knowledge.

A personal goal of mine is to visit New York at Christmas time!

Stand out Customer Booking Experience

A lady i met at the brochure rack who was just popping in to get some inspiration as she was interested in doing tours. We sat and chatted going through the brochure she ended up booking not one but three Wendy Wu tours over £15,000 each!

The customer travels ALOT and she always comes to see me when she's ready to discuss her next adventure.
