1. Amsterdam, Netherlands
Amsterdam is well known for its extensive canal system and unique narrow houses. We would recommend visiting Amsterdam in April or May, this time of year is perfect for visiting the largest flower garden in the world with Holland's famous tulips.
Some of Amsterdam’s top attractions are the Heineken Factory, the Van Gogh Museum and Ann Frank's House. We would recommend booking all 3 of these attractions with us in advance as they tend to sell out months in advance.

2. New York, USA
New York, also known as the big apple, is one of the most visited cities in the world. Known for its skyscrapers and bustling streets it's definitely one for the bucket list. Christmas time is the perfect time to visit New York. Whether it be to box off some Christmas shopping or ice skating by the Rockefeller there is something for everyone in this beautiful city. Why not visit for the famous Rockefeller tree light switch on?
Some of the attractions we would recommend visiting are the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, The Empire State and Central Park. It’s definitely worth getting a ticket for the hop on-hop off bus so that you can easily access all of these must see attractions.

3. Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona is well known for its art and architecture. The famous Sagrada Familia Church and other landmarks designed by Antoni Gaudi dot around this amazing city. Barcelona’s nightlife is also something that must be sampled. Whether it be in the delicious tapas bars with live entertainment or in the extravagant nightclubs dancing the night away.
Other top attractions to visit are the Barcelona FC football stadium, the Picasso Museum and the gothic quarter.
Barcelona can easily be added as a 2 or 3 night stay to the beginning or end of a cruise leaving from the port of Barcelona making the most of your experience.

4. Rome, Italy
Rome is the place to visit for culture, history and amazing food. Start off your day with a tour around the spectacular Colosseum, spend the afternoon by the Trevi Fountain and the evening with a delicious pasta dish and glass of authentic Italian wine.
We would recommend visiting Rome anytime between May and October as the weather will be lovely for catching a tan whilst wandering around the city.

5. Istanbul, Turkey
Istanbul is a must see city. It is an ancient city with an unparalleled cultural heritage. You will not be disappointed by the beauty of this amazing city. The top attractions we would recommend visiting whilst in Istanbul are The Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque.

6. Budapest, Hungary
Budapest is Hungary's capital city and is bisected by the river Danube. Its 19th century chain bridge connects the hilly Buda District with the flat Pest district. Some attractions we would recommend to visit in Budapest would be the Buda Castle, St Stephen's Basilica & the Hungarian Parliament Building. But the top attraction would have to be the Thermal Baths. Spend the day at Szechenyi Baths with its 15 indoor baths and 3 grand outdoor pools as well as saunas and steam rooms. The perfect way to relax in a city.

7. Dubrovnik, Croatia
Dubrovnik is known for its distinctive old town. Surrounded by massive stone walls created in the 16th century. Whether you decide to stay in Dubrovnik itself or hop on a boat to one of the many islands close by, you definitely won’t get bored here.
Some of Dubrovniks most popular buildings to see are St. Blaise Church, Renaissance Sponza Palace and Gothic Rector’s Palace which is now a history museum. Another must see would be the pedestrianised Stradun (or Placa). Paved with limestone and lined with shops and restaurants.

8. Prague, Czech Republic
Prague is another capital city that is bisected by a river. This time the river Vitava. Prague is nicknamed as the “City of a hundred Spires” and is known for its Old Town Square, colourful buildings and gothic churches. Prague is a very cheap city to both get to and when there for food and drink. If you're looking for a city break on a budget then Prague is definitely the place to go. Also popular with groups, Prague's nightlife is second to none. Other must see attractions include Prague Castle, Charles bridge and the Astronomical Clock.

9. Krakow, Poland
Krakow is a must see city if you’re fascinated by history and culture. Its old town and mediaeval streets are perfect for spending the day wandering, eating and drinking. Whilst in Krakow there are 2 unmissable attractions to visit. The first being the Wieliczka Salt Mine. One of the world's most famous salt mines with a history of almost 700 years.
The top attraction to visit when in Krakow has to be Auschwitz concentration camp. A complex of over 40 concentration camps operated by Nazi Germany during World War II. You can visit the memorial and museum at Auschwitz. Make sure to book both of these excursions in advance as they are and don't miss and sell out quickly.

10.Berlin, Germany
Finally we have Berlin, Germany’s capital city. You certainly won't get bored here. Around the city you will see reminders of the turbulent history including the Berlin Wall and the Holocaust memorial. As well as its history, Berlin is also known for its extravagant Christmas Markets. We would definitely recommend travelling here in December and sampling the amazing food and drink on offer at the many markets.
