Being an independent travel agency we have complete flexibility over who we book, meaning we know we will only book what is the right fit for our customers. Alot of our customers become repeat customers and booking a holiday becomes like catching up with friends.

  • What is ABTA and ATOL protection?

    ABTA and ATOL protection provide financial security and peace of mind when booking holidays. ABTA covers travel agents, ensuring fair trading and assistance, while ATOL safeguards against airline or travel company failures, guaranteeing refunds and repatriation if needed.

  • Does it cost more to book with a Travel Consultant?

    Think of the benefits of booking your holiday with a travel agent. Not only does it bring peace of mind knowing that all your holiday requirements are taken care of, but it also provides a personal touch to your vacation. Your agent will listen to your needs, plan accordingly, and ensure that everything is in place for a stress-free getaway.


    We will always strive to give you the best price and welcome any holiday options/prices the customer has already seen. 

  • Can I pay online?

    We dont have this set up yet. 


    However stores can send you direct payment links and offer online bank transfer services.

  • Do I have to pay all in one go?

    This depends on when you are travelling and the type of holiday booked. We do offer personalised payment plans, recurring payment plans and low deposits on certain holidays. 


    Your travel advisor will go through the payment options with you.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa & Mastercard, Cash, Bank transfers.

  • I can't get in contact with my Travel Consultant. What should I do?

    Please check opening hours for each stores online. These may vary depending on Special Public holidays.


    The stores will always keep you up to date on their social media pages of their opening hours. Make sure you follow these. 


  • Do I need to purchase Travel Insurance?

    We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance.


    Travel insurance is essential for a holiday, covering unexpected events like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings. It provides financial protection and peace of mind, ensuring you’re not left with significant expenses if something goes wrong during your trip.


  • What is API and who do I give this information to?

    Advance Passenger Information (API) is essential data, including passport and travel details, provided to airlines before departure. It’s a security requirement for international travel, enabling authorities to conduct pre-flight checks and ensure smooth entry into destination countries.


    Your travel advisor will help you with this and advice you if and when its needed. Please ask them if you are unsure. 

  • What documents do I need to travel?

    Essential travel documents include a valid passport, boarding pass, and visa (if required). Additionally, carry travel insurance details, accommodation confirmations, and any required vaccination certificates. For certain destinations, you may also need proof of return travel or sufficient funds.

  • How will I receive my tickets?

    This depends on the type of holiday booked. Each tour operator operates in a slightly different way.


    We will always go through this with you to find the best solution that works for you. 

  • How far in advance can I book my holiday?

    Each tour operator works differently.

  • How do you choose the hotels you recommend?

    Our instore experts have many years of experience in their roles which over the years has created a data bank of expertise - so we are confident we will find you the perfect trip. 

    Not only this we look into reviews, send customer questionnaires and use our own personal experiences. 

  • Can I change a name on my booking?

    This depends on a few things. In most cases yes, with admin fees from the tour operators. 


    However every case is different and we would advise you to speak to your travel agent. 

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Unforeseen events happen and sometimes holidays have to be cancelled. We understand.


    Our experts in store will help you decide the best action to take around any cancellations and provide you with all the information. 

  • What is the wedding gift list?

    A wedding gift list lets couples receive experiences instead of traditional gifts. Guests can contribute towards honeymoon flights, accommodations, or activities.
