Hi, I’m Keira. My journey in the travel industry began straight after school when i studied a two-year course in Travel and Tourism at college. During this time, I gained valuable Travel work experience working in the Leyland Branch, which helped me build a strong foundation and boost my confidence. This experience led to an apprenticeship within the company. Upon completing my apprenticeship, I was fortunate to secure a permanent position in the Leyland branch, where I have now worked for over two years.
I work alongside a fantastic team, and we always support each other. One of the reasons i love my job is i get to help customers book their holidays and hear about their experiences when they return. Many of our clients become friends, and I take time in understanding their likes and dislikes to make each holiday a truly special one.
