I’m Emma, deputy manager in the Leyland store, I’ve worked in travel for 7 years now after gaining a 2:1 in my Travel and Tourism degree. I absolutely love what I do and I know everyone in travel says it.. but every day is different. Whenever i can get a few days off at work, you will find me exploring new cities- I’m a sucker for  a good city break. I love listening to customers ideas and wishes for holidays and making them a reality. Most Memorable travel experience

I was lucky enough to experience cruising for the first time on a Fam trip on Norwegian Encore.

Stand out customer booking

A regular customer of ours wanted a once in a lifetime trip. I planned it out with the customers and then called our In house tailormade team who pieced it together: A tour of Canada & America including New York, Vancouver, the Rocky Mountaineer, cruise of Alaska with Princess, San Francisco & the Bellagio in Vegas.

Hearing all about their journey when they got back and the memories they made was priceless.
