With over 40 years of experience in the travel industry, I currently work as the Deputy Manager at PTS Cleveleys, where I’ve been for the past 9 years.

Prior to this, I worked in Travel across the Fylde Coast, building a strong following of regular customers. I take great pride in helping clients book their dream holidays and enjoy finding incredible deals that match their needs.

Delivering memorable travel experiences and receiving excellent feedback from my customers is what continues to drive my passion for the industry.

What's the thing you love most about working in the travel industry

Everyday is different and there is always something new to learn. Love getting the chance to speak to my customers face to face and really getting to know them. The fact we are independent means i can sell them what is right for them, which means they come back to me.
